Launched in July 2023, My Design Coach combines live, monthly design training with our team of award-winning floral artists with contests and prizes for your staff.
There’s finally, an easy, fun and affordable way to bring inspiration and new skills to your design staff in the comfort of your shop.
Here are the details…

One LIVE streaming workshop every month covering a new skill, style, holiday, or theme. Every session is recorded too.

You don’t need any special technology to have your staff interact with our teachers and other students around the world.

Work with flowers, containers, and tools already in your shop!

The staff will be thrilled to develop new skills and learn new design trends plus they get to interact with their teacher.

AND attendance at each session earns credit toward formal floral design certification.

Program highlights:

Sessions take place on the second Wednesday of each month and last for 60 minutes.

Instructors will teach ONE design/topic in each session, covering everything from flower prep to mechanics, design techniques, and substitutions.

Members will receive a list 2 weeks before each session for the flowers, foliage, and containers needed for the class.

Staff can get real-time feedback on their designs and will be able to upload a picture of their finished work to enter a contest. All students will be able to vote (via an app) for the first, second, and third-place winners. We’ll share those results on our social media platforms.

Additional prizes will be awarded to participating shops from our sponsors.

Tuition is $250 per shop, per month (no matter how many designers participate!) Smart florists save money and buy a package: 6 months ($1170) and your cost is only $195 per class or 12 months ($2220) at only $185 per class.
